Mike joined the practice in 2009, and assumed control of the firm beginning in 2011. Following law school, he was selected to the Conwell Community Corps Fellowship Program where he provided free legal aid to homeless individuals and families through the Homeless Advocacy Project. Currently, Mike continues to volunteer with HAP, Philadelphia VIP, and Project HOME. Originally from Detroit, Michigan, he is a rabid fan of his hometown sporting teams, and spends a lot of time with his dog and the office mascot, Apollo.

Alan is a former Pennsylvania Justice Department Deputy Attorney General and also served as Solicitor to the Philadelphia Traffic Court. He started the Bainbridge Law Center in 1987. Since then, he has developed the firm into a full service general law practice dedicated to servicing residents and small businesses throughout the Philadelphia area. Alan has recently taken a step back from the law to focus on his new restaurant, but he still offers support to current and former clients.

Ken was born and raised just outside of State College, PA. His vast experience in the field of criminal law includes the trial of hundreds of cases, as well as teaching assignments at Glassboro State College and the University of Bridgeport. Ken is a member of the Association of Federal Investigators and the American Society for Industrial Security, as well as a former Yale University Visiting Scholar. Ken primarily assists with bankruptcy and criminal matters for the firm.
